    I paid 39 dollars on December 21 to snowboard at Appalachian ski Mtn. on December 23 from 830 to midnight ($37 was the stand alone ticket price for those hours).The night of the 23 I was able to scan in just fine but at 10 pm they announced the park was shutting down.I figured Id call later to ask for a refund as my ticket said I could snowboard from ******. On December 26 I called to ask for a refund, and I was told the ticket I bought wasnt supposed to be available to buy and that Id be receiving a call soon in regards to a refund.December 29 I called asking for the refund, and they stated that just because the ticket was mislabeled doesnt mean that warrants a refund and that I wouldnt be helped.

    I made reservations for my Girl Scout troop for a ski trip. We were overcharged for our group tickets, which ***************************** in the sales office has acknowledged. She refunded a portion of what she said she would refund us, but she still owes us $266.

    *****************, and the owner should all be ashamed of how this business is run. Three separate families coming from three separate states planned a trip to this resort MLK weekend. We spent weeks of planning, and hours trying to figure out how to properly book on their website due to it being a holiday weekend. We were told three different rates over the phone and were told we could not send a friend to buy in person, nor buy on the same day. Upon arrival, we received minimal assistance, followed by rude associates. The few sympathetic associates told a few of our guests to go to guest services to try and clear up our issues. There we were greeted with not only more rudeness but denied a refund or credit to come back although their lack of customer service led us to the situation we were in. They even asked me to point the employees out who suggested I request such. We emailed and called after the trip, only to be hung up on or transferred. The outcome came from the owner, who agrees with ******* and *******, that this is "our fault".

    Services were paid for and not received. Poor customer service led us to make a purchase on the resorts website and upon arrival at the resort we were told we purchased the wrong thing even though they guided us to make that purchase. When trying to resolve the issue we received poor customer service and no resolution was reached.
