    Purchased decking material 9/18/23. 70 Beach Dune Boards, 10 Boxes Deck Screws. 1 ************ Delivery Fee...Total $3,613.23. We returned (they picked up,) 15 Dune boards, 1 *********** and 6 boxes of screws. After several months of over 15 unreturned phone calls managed to get the refund for boards and fascia(less 25% return fee). We have yet to receive $213.70(284.94-71.24) restocking fee. ***** at Watauga avoids all calls, never returns messages and even on one phone call where we managed to get him on line wanted to 'call it even' and give us less than we were ***********. We only want what is justly owed to us...$213.70.

    We at Watauga Building Supply would like to thank ***************************** for his purchases. We told them we would credit them as soon as we received credit from our supplier. This is all special-order material and we got charged a restock fee from our supplier as well. We gave credit to ******** as we received it from our supplier. We talked to ******** on the phone about his credit and he said he was going to come by. If he doesn't want to come by, we can credit him by phone. We didn't deny him credit we just told him once our supplier gave us credit.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I will accept what the vendor is saying and attempt to recover my refund again when I return from vacation.
