      I placed an order using Wendy's app and went to pick it up using the drive through window. When I got to the window, I was informed that they were out of many ingredients in my order. This is not the first time this has happened at this restaurant. I told the store manager that I wish to get a refund and I would order at another Wendy's restaurant that always seems to have the food I want, but she told me that I have to cancel the order on the app which I could not do as it showed it completed.
      I immediately called Wendy's customer care to get a refund as I traveled down the road to the restaurant that I can depend upon. They said that my refund would show in my account within a week just as I received my food through the drive through of the second restaurant.
      Two weeks had passed and I had not received my refund. I called Wendy's customer care again. I received the same response as the first call.
      I called Wendy's Customer care 1 week later as I still had not received my refund.
      I went to Wendy's Customer Care website on the 7th of Feb. and was told that I would get my refund in just a couple of business days.
      I went back to Wendy's Customer Care on 20th of Feb. and was told that the Franchise team will contact me "soon".
      I just called Tab Dolbier a few moments ago and left a voicemail for him.
      I just would like my refund of $56.65.

      We have reached out to the customer and resolved the complaint. She confirmed that the refund was applied to her credit card and she is completely satisfied.

      I went to one of the restaurants at the Wendy’s in Monroe Nc 6/28/24 I called the customer hotline to report how my chicken had black streaks inside and I wanted my money back. The manager refused to give me my money back
