    We have had several issues with their service and not picking up trash each week. Sometimes we get notification, but mostly they just no show. After several incidents and complaints to them, they offered me a free quarter of garbage pick-up, which occurred in the beginning of 2024. Then in March when our contract was technically over they charged my card. I called to remind them of their offer of a free quarter. I asked for a refund as I was not sure if I was going to continue using them, I wanted to see how the free quarter went before I decided if I should cancel. This was at the end of March. Since then I have emailed and called again, no refund.

    Vixster was fine for the first few 5 years but their service decreased significantly. When I terminated my service and requested a refund for the unused portion of my 1-year prepayment, they have stalled for 2 months. When they did refund the amount it was credited to a credit card that was no longer active. I previously told Vixster that the card was no longer valid and gave them a different credit card, but they credited the inactive card anyway. Now, they are supposedly waiting for this money to be returned to them. I have no control over this transaction. After more than 5 calls and more than 5 emails, I still don't have my money.
    This company is terrible to deal with.

    We’ve used Vixster for about 5 years now and they’ve been great up until about 1 year ago. Since then the price has gone up slightly but the service has gone done significantly. They regularly skip scheduled trash pick ups, never communicate that the pick up was missed or needs to be rescheduled. They now have missed the last 3 pick ups in a row. They sporadically respond to emails and phone calls and say they’re “looking into it” but nothing has been done to remedy the issue. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
