      I visited this carwash on 11/15/24 and my vehicle was severely damaged by the machinery at this car wash. I had multiple deep scratches a mirror damaged body molding ripped off and 2 small dents. I have attached an estimate for the repairs that are needed to return my vehicle to the condition it was in before the car wash. I innmeditely filed an incident report and also emailed the company but as of this date have heard nothing from the company. Due to the extent of the damages to my vehicle I believe the process of washing my vehicle were negligent and I seek to be compensated for the damages my vehicle sustained.

      Was charged $53.47 for a monthly car wash subscription. I did not agree to a monthly subscription. I live to far away to be able to use a monthly plan. I did not agree to any terms of service. I find it rather deceitful how the location attempts to have you sign up for a monthly plan.

      5/9/2024 Paid $22 Tidal wave was to file the paperwork within 24 hours that's attached below to get my car repaired. 5/10/2024 I went back to Tidal wave and nothing was done they didn't file with insurance or turn in to the main ***** of Tidal wave.5/11/2024 Tidal wave called and stated they weren't going to fix anything because my car was over 10 years old.I stated because alot of cars come through the car wash is over 10 years old doesn't mean you're not responsible for damaging people property. My car went through the car wash without any damage to the grille or paint in the front around the grille either but I came out of the car wash with damage to the grille and paint on the front side of my car. I ask for repair of what was damage I'm the car wash. Yes I drive a 2006 Cadillac DTS but there was no damage to my car before I went into the car wash. The attendees even brushed over the grille and front end of the car before it even went through the car wash.

      Purchased a monthly car wash package at Tidal Wave auto spa and was told to cancel before April 18, 2024 if I did not want to continue the monthly package so that it didn't auto draft my account for the next month. I called on April 16, 2024 at 12:13pm to cancel. I was told it was handled but when I checked my bank account, $54 was still drafted from my account. I called the companies number and explained the situation and was told "they had no record of me calling and there was nothing they could or would do to refund me my money.

      I went to Tidal Wave Car Wash on ********* Hwy. I was selling a car to pay for my heart surgery expenses and I wanted to keep it clean till I sold it. I pulled in and the guy at the gate told me the best deal was to buy a month of car washes. I gave him my credit card and he put it in the kiosk. He never said anything about it being a monthly subscription. I sold the car only used the Pass 2 -3 times. I had my heart surgery and was laid up for over 8 months my son was doing my bills for me most were on auto pay off my checking account. When I got better I started going thru my finances and bills and saw that I had been billed monthly from Tidal Wave for 9 months. I called them and they stopped the billing for March but would only give me 3 other months of credit. Which left 4 moths of me paying for something I did not need use or want. They said that was all they could do. No where in the conversation did the attendant say I was signing up for a subscription. I posted what happened to me on Nextdoor . Multiple people commented that it happened to them also. I feel that is is predatory business practices. I want my 4 months of the charges back. Is there anything you can do to help me. This is my post on next door Has anybody else gone to Tidal Wave in ******* ** thinking they were buying a months worth of car washes only to find out that they have inadvertently bought a subscription. I got charged 9 months worth of charges for a one month car wash. I bought it because I was selling the car so I could pay for my heart surgery . When I discovered that they had billed me for 8 extra moths they would only refund 3 moths worth. They had proof I had only been there 3 times with no activity after that . They said that was all they could do have other people had a similar experience. ************************* These are the replys to the posts I can email them I cant post a picture of the replys but several people had the same issue and some were promised a 3 month refund and stil, dont have it
