    Bought several feet of tolex from them to cover an equipment case. They shipped it to me FOLDED UP several times so they could fit it in a tiny bag to reduce their shipping costs. This makes it virtually useless to me because now it has a ton of creases that will prevent it from adhering evenly to any surface. I'll need to spend a lot of time ironing out, if I can even get all the wrinkles ironed out. How someone runs a tolex business without knowing how to properly ROLL UP tolex is beyond me. Never ordering from them again.

    Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so after reading this review I called ***** to speak about this matter. I walked him through our process of shipping tolex and that our methods were not haphazard but created specifically to reduce shipping amounts and insure the material arrives safely. We ended up with our current process after 24 years of shipping tolex and relying on customer feedback. The running yard of tolex is 54". If a customer orders more than one yard then there is no way to roll up the material in a length less than 54". **** will not ship packages this long and ***** and *** charge an oversize package fee. This additional shipping fee often costs more than the material itself. Our solution for ***** was to refund his money for the material that was unusable or replacement the material rolled up in a 54" tube on us.
