      On Dec 9 2022 I purchased a 2015 Jeep from Westgate Chev [former Safeway Chev] in ******, it is financed thru Marine Fed Credit who required that a Ext warranty/Service contract be part of deal. I was charged $2664. for this on Feb 28 ************************************************************************************************************************************************* their system. I then spoke to their F&I **** and was told the same thing I informed them that it was on my buyers order and the lender had required it but they said no but that they would look into it I told them to repair vehicle it wasnt until Mar 20th that i got a rental from svc **** and was told i would only have to pay for 2 days use they didnt diagnose the problem until Apr 13 said couldnt get parts til Apr 28th it is $2000. repair I would pay 500 deduct I contacted Marine fed and was given acopy of a service agreement that was submitted to them by Westgate with my contract showing 200 deduct Not enough room here to tell all but as of today i still do not have my jeep back I am a 63 yr old widow on fixed income and am at a loss as to what to do PLEASE HELP THANK YOU

      First they sold me a VW Jetta that had been wrecked multiple times and hid that from me. They didn't even have a title for the jetta. I give them another chance and they sell me a jeep compass that has electrical problems and has been wrecked which they also hid from me. I should have gotten my lawyers involved after the jetta.
