      I paid ******* **** $3494.50 for kitchen counter granite on August 16, 2024. He never used the money to purchase the granite that I had picked out and never returned the money but lied over and over and told me that the granite had been purchased and was being cut. In August and September I also paid him $3495 for home improvements that he never even began, much less completed, and never returned that money either. He left a huge mess in my house, didn't finish any project he was paid for, did three of them so badly they had to be redone, and in general has lied to me, cheated me, and stolen from me. Then he snuck his tools out and went on to start a new project where I'm sure he's cheating someone else.

      On or about February 2023 we had called the owner of Active Visionary Construction Armando S*** to come and finish the job he had started. He kept giving excuses and simply stopped answering the phone calls until we called from another number. We had payed him this money as he stated that he needed the money to buy certain things like Cabinets, flooring, paint to do the job. Nothing was finished and we finally had to call, Burlington Police. They said this isn't a criminal matter it is a Civil matter. We cant sue because we don't know his address and several others on face book have also came out since then to claim how he is scamming them.

      Active Visionary Construction was hired to replace flooring in our home and tile the floors in October 2022. The deposit was paid (2000), the work began in November and halted due to some material being back ordered. The company continued to charge our credit card totaling 11704.62. We were told this was to purchase supplies. We contacted Armando several times and requested he complete the work. It is 10 months later and the work has not been completed.
