    I went in the Affordable Dentures ***************** in May to get full denture replacement. The first didn't fit properly so I went back several times, had adjustments and they were still ill fitting. I went in again and a new set made in August. The set were painful and still did not properly fit. At my September 4, 2024 appointment I advise Dr. ***** that they still were not fitting properly and I wanted a refund. She advised that I would be able to get a refund minus $50. I went back into her office on September 6, ************************************ that I would not be able to get a refund. Per all their written documentation and what is notated on their website. If you are not satisfied you can get a refund. She told me if I wanted a refund I needed to contact corporate. I contacted corporate explain to them what my situation was and the conversation that I had with Dr. ***** regarding the refund minus the $50. They advise me that they would need to reach out to her once they did that the doctor refused to refund me. This has been the worst experience I have ever had getting Dentures.
