      Jan. 18, 22, I paid J&W Services ******* to install a new ** unit at my rental property. It started when I call J&W about the unit not working properly, I called on May 9, 24, was told that the New ** Unit had a fried compressor, quoted by an employee of J&W, he rigged it up temporarily, again I call J&W about the unit on June 24, 24, rigged it up again. July 17, 24, my tenant informed me that she was seeing mold on her clothing's, etc. August 14, 24, I had a gentleman to go up and see why there was mold and was informed that water was under the house and the ** Condensation line under the house that ran from the furnace inside the house was not properly installed. It had gotten so wet under the house that it caused some of the installation to come down. Aug. 15, 2024, I called J&W once again to inform them about the water under the house and what caused it, and that my installation was coming down. J&W came up on 8-15,24 and stated they has corrected the water problem. I then asked J&W if they were going to replace the installation, he responded that he would call Alamance Installation to come up and get a quote from them. I then asked about the compressor, finally it had come in and was replaced on August 21, 24, On 9-9-24, I received a call from Alamance Installation a company that J&W called to get a quote on the replacement of installation, he ask me for my e-mail, I ask him why he need my e-mail, I gave it to him, and asked him, (J&W isn't paying for it) he do not know. I was under the impression that J&W was paying for the installation they are the one that called Alamance Installation, ******** was their quote. My problem with this is why should I have to pay for something that was not my fault, the falling of the installation under the house was due to J&W improperly installing the ** Condensation line. What I want from J&W is for them to pay that amount to Alamance Installation in the amount of ******** and have the installation replaced.
