    Reserved room. Check in went well front desk staff very helpful to their ability. Quickly noticed bed bugs in bed after napping and waking up to them crawling on me. Switched rooms, showered went to sleep woke up about 1am to more bed bugs, bites all over my body. Also the second room wasn't cleaned because there was a can of open juice under the bed and the floor was sticky with a bunch of white lil papers stuck to the floor. Roaches all throughout hotel, just walk down the hall you'll see them. Talked to front desk, right away offered refund apparently there was already notes to do so. Reservations were made through Priceline so had to go through that process. After refund was issued front desk informed me I had 20 mins to get my belongings so she could lock the room. I wasn't offered another room. So at this point 2am they are telling me that I have to leave mind you I have just moved to this area so I have a lot of things with me including my special needs child who is sick. I called the customer service line (on phone 35 mins got hung up on, had to call back and explain all over again) and again nothing they could do, told me to get an Uber and find another one of their locations. No offer of help, even though I now have to wait for this refund to process to get my money back, no Uber available until about 5 am. The only good thing in regards to the hotel was the front desk was friendly and helped as best they could.

    when i first called them they answered the phone as quality inn so, naturallhy when i get off thinterstate i am looking for quality inn not econo lodge which was the right place no quality inn exists in that town the outside doors which require a room key to unlock every one in the whole place was broken so anyone off the street could come in. my room number was 132. bathtub was cracked mold in the corner of shower, shower head was supposed to adjust and it would not. toilet quit flushing and the light bar, tp holder were all rusted. all lampshades were cracked, and one was missing a lite bulb. curtain rod pulled out ftrom the wall and was left hanging. and the plastic molding that goes on the wall and floor was unglued and just hanging there as well. on one of the nightstands the finish looks like some set something hot there.. no phone in the room no clock and no wifi even tho they advertised free wifi
