    I am reaching out to request your assistance regarding a matter that has become quite frustrating for me. I recently had to let go of my **************** provider due to their lack of reliability and communication. Over the past 2.5 years, they failed to show up for at least 17 visits, most of which occurred without any communication. This situation even forced me to hire another service over a weekend to comply with my HOA regulations.I am seeking help in obtaining a refund from the Benito brothers for lawncare services that were not provided in April 2025, despite being paid in advance on April 2, 2025. Unfortunately, my repeated attempts to resolve this issue directly with them have not been successful, and I have yet to receive the refund that I am entitled ******* are the details of the transaction:- Date of Transaction: The weeks of April 5th & 26th - Amount: $160.00 - Description of Goods/Services: Two weeks of lawncare services in April 2025 that were not provided Initially, I requested the refund via text message twice on May 1, 2025, as this is our usual route of communication. I then sent a ***** payment request on May 2, 2025, but received no response. On May 5, 2025, I sent a text message asking if they had received my Zelle request, but again, there was no response. I then sent them the attached email on May 7, 2025, requesting the refund, which immediately prompted a text message reply from them. Their response was, "Wow ********, after everything we did for you for several years, you threaten me to get attorneys involved for $160? Very Sad."I do not have a contract with them, and no reasoning has been provided as to why they refuse to refund the amount for services not rendered. Given the circumstances, I believe that legal intervention may be necessary to ensure I receive the refund.
