      Around Oct. 8 or 9th 2022, my car was repossessed by Collateral Recovery Solution. After paying the necessary fees to obtain my car I notice money was missing from underneath my arm rest. It’s only $5 but I never received my money and the guy I spoke to about the claim I submitted was very disrespectful and completely unprofessional even called the items in my car trash, said I would spend $5 in gas just to come pick up the money. My armrest has 2 compartments a top and bottom they only have pictures of the bottom but the money was in the top section. I never received any denial or approval for my claim. The day I came to pick up my car a young lady was outside saying items were missing from her car as well, so this company is known for bad business practices and stealing items from customer and being very rude and disrespectful. I would like to receive what is rightfully mine no matter how much it is.

      There is simply no evidence in the photos required by this individuals lien holder to substantiate this alleged missing $5.00.  At no point in time did anyone from our office call his personal items "trash" as verified by a review of the recorded phone call.  The customer was advised that he lives nearly 40 minutes from the storage lot and he would spend $5.00 in gas getting there and back home.  Furthermore, the additional allegation that another customer was present at the same time is simply a lie.  Customers are scheduled in 15-minute increments and are the appointments are not handled at the same time.  Any allegation that our company is "known for bad business practices and stealing items from customers and being rude and disrespectful," is an unsubstantiated allegation based on mere contempt for their own financial situation.
