    My husband and I paid $3800 for transmission work and when we got the car back the engine light was off. It came back on a few days later and was having the same troubles it had before we took it in for repairs. It had trouble accelerating and when we took it back to Dixons they claimed there was a problem with the thermostat pump. We were confused because the car was acting just as it did before and they claimed there was something else wrong with it and refused to offer a refund for work they were paid for and hadn't actually fixed. $3800 may not be a lot of money to some people but we are a family of five and this has been very difficult. We are out of all of that money and still dealing with the same problems. Please help us find a resolution.

We Also Spoke With Our Customer, ***** *****, This Morning 02-06-2023 In Reguards To Her Bringing The Vehicle Back In To Us To Resolve Said Issues. She Is Speaking To Her Husband And Then Calling Us Back. We Will Keep You Updated As We Work To Resolve This Dispute.
