    Do not do business with Summit Building Supply in **********, ** if you want good customer service and expect a company to do what they say they're going to do. They are very unorganized and lack integrity. They do not do keep their word and do not care about their customers. And are quick to say that the customer is wrong. ******************* was rude to me and was of no help at all. I ordered two pallets of retaining wall blocks. The blocks were not delivered on the day they said they would deliver them. They were supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Then on a Monday, then on a Wednesday. It is now Thursday and the blocks still have not been delivered. *******, an employee admitted to me that Summit dropped the ball. I asked the manager ******************* to cancel my order since the blocks had not been delivered yet. She refused to cancel the order then went on to say that I should not have expected the blocks to be delivered when then said they would be. She said if it was her, she would have waited for material to be delivered before having a crew ready to install even though the blocks were supposed to be on their way. She said they are your blocks now, deal with it. I really can't believe how terrible Summit's customer service is, it is truly disappointing. Especially when I was trying to buy local rather than from a big box store. If I had bought these from ****** or ********** I would have been better off for sure. When I asked to speak with owner. ******************* transferred me a voicemail. I left a voicemail with owner *************************. I have not heard back from him.
