    I think that they don't care about the customer they don't anser their phone parts are missing and no one to get a hold of don't know how this is a real business worst service that I have seen ever I guess ****** learned don't buy from this company so I don't think I will get my parts or my money back at this point.

    ************** ordered a fender for my G37 Conv there P/N IN ******* clicked add to cart, then it asked me what Quality did I want? This one was considered Better? so I clicked Best! Yep, I got the Best Quality says so right on the fender CAPA Certified Premium! PROBLEM is it changed my order to a 4-door!. This fender doesn't fit a Coupe! I ordered on 7/25 and received it on 8/4 well that's over 30days return policy! I sent it to be painted $250, got it back 3 weeks ago, had COVID! tried to install today! 30 day BS there Website is WRONG! I did it again today just to see if I made a mistake? NOPE there fault! $542 down the drain!

    Ordered an 18" wheel for a *** and they shipped a 17". When we received it we immediately called and explained. Very unprofessional response and was told I had to ship it back myself and pay for it. We have 6 Auto shops and order 100s of items a week and this is not the first time ever somebody shipped us the wrong part, but the first time we had to pay to return it. Then they reduced the refund by $72.31 a 25% reduction. In addition they said if we don't see the refund in 10 days call our financial institution as there is nothing they can do. Got the right rim in 2 days on **** for $115.00 with free shipping. Please look at all other options and try to avoid this company. Horrible company.Look at all these bad reviews.

    Order carbonfiber from company that didn't fit, when tried to get money back got nothing but excuses. I ended up taking my car apart 3 times having to take different picture because they weren't clear about what they wanted. I ended up calling the manufacturer about what they needed to get my refund which wasn't much better. This is the 3rd month since I've been trying to get my refund and I'm still having to argue with them. I would not recommend anyone use this web site for anything
