    Called to order parts for a Twin Turbo 300zx. Got *****, the manager, who was helpful in confirming the car was a twin turbo and the one listed and the parts were available. Parts came in and they were for a non turbo. No worries, I call to inform and schedule a return. ***** answered again and checks and confirms that the inventory team messed up and it is in fact a Non turbo car. He says he will refund the parts. I ask about shipping he says it will be taken care of once the parts are returned. Odd, but they are a larger supplier so ok. I pay return shipping and wait to call to inform them of the shipping expense.This is when ***** gets very rude and says that too bad and refutes ever agreeing to shipping cost. And hangs up with out giving a conceivable answer. Just redirecting with out acknowledging. Its not a lot, its $28. But $28 to a company for their own mistake is nothing. $28 out of an individuals is significant. Im super disappointed that companies still get away with this type of business practice in 2023. Avoid this supplier. Dont support companies who enable dishonest employees.
