      I ordered two turbos for my business semi truck and I opted for the *** Next Day Air Early) which was $554.08. I only received one of the turbos and in the app it says partially delivered. So I called to resolve the issue and get a refund for the *** Next Day Air Early Charge of $554.08 I was told theyll get in touch with the warehouse about my next day air charge and my missing turbo will be delivered with Fed ex on 5/9/24. I also told them during the phone call, that this issue has caused me to pay more money for hotel expenses and lose out on 1,000s of dollars because the mechanic cant fix the truck without all the parts. I then called 2 hours later to get an update and no one answered my call or respond to my emails . I called from another number and they picked up stating the same thing that they would call the warehouse about my refund for Next Day *** service $554.08. I emailed them again and I all of sudden a tracking number for fed ex pops up through an email response saying that a label has been created. I called again afterwards no one is answering. Please help me get my $554.08 Next Day charge back because I wouldnt have paid for it if I would receive 3 days after I ordered it. My order number is #****

      We have already resolved this for consumer. We issued him a refund for the *** Next day Air fee for the part that was delayed.
