Excellent experience. ******* ******* was very helpful with our decision. There was no pressure. He was very patient and let us look at any car we wanted to. We chose a Nissan rogue and are very pleased.

Awesome people! They help my wife and I out when we needed a bigger car. They worked very hard for us to get the payment we wanted. I highly recommend this team and will send as many people as I can to them

My wife and I recently entrusted Local Auto ************************************ to consign and sell our **, expecting a smooth and professional process. Unfortunately, our experience with this business has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We were initially assured that the ** would be handled promptly and sold in a timely manner. However, the communication throughout the process was unacceptably poor. Getting any clear updates or responses from the dealership was nearly impossible, and when we did receive responses, they were vague and unhelpful. The lack of transparency left us feeling ignored and uncertain about the status of our ***** addition to the communication issues, the dealerships interpersonal skills were shockingly unprofessional. The staff was not only unhelpful, but also argumentative and rude when we attempted to address our concerns. Instead of working with us to find solutions or provide clarity, they chose to be confrontational, making an already stressful situation worse. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a business that should prioritize customer trust and satisfaction. What made the situation worse is that the dealership blocked my attempts to refer potential buyers to them. I had several individuals interested in purchasing the **, but the dealership prevented me from guiding them to the sale. Their behavior was baffling and only further highlighted the poor business practices in place.I am extremely dissatisfied with how my wife and I were treated and the overall experience with Local Auto ************************************. This dealership has demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, customer service, and business integrity. I urge others to reconsider doing business with them to avoid the disappointment, rudeness, and frustration we ********** a member of first responders its truly disheartening to receive a phone call threatening to have our property towed away during a natural disaster because of ones selfishness.

Mr. ***** has failed to leave out several huge key pieces of information. 1. We never insured Mr. ***** his camper would sell we took it in on consignment charging a $75 listing fee and a $75 monthly fee with a mutually agreed price for a mutually agreed period of time of two months. 2. This camper did not sell and we called ******** to tell him to come pick it up and he insisted we try to lower the price and try to sell it again which we did. After 2 more months the camper still did not sell and we called Mr. ***** again to tell him to pick his camper up. It was then that Mr. ***** informed us he has sold his truck and had noway to pick up his camper and because of where he lived and the *** of where he lived, he had nowhere to store his camper. He then insisted that we lower the price again and try it again. We try to tell Mr. ***** that we prefer not to do that but he insisted that it would really help him out and that $75 a month was a lot less than he would be paying to store his camper in a storage lot. We did we told him we would try it again and we did. After 2 months of the camper being reduced in price again, it still hadn't sold. We told Mr. ***** he needed to come pick up his camper because it was not going to sell. This was now 6 months into the consignment agreement long past what we originally wanted. Mr. ***** said give him a couple days to figure out what to do and he would call us back. When he called back he said he would tremendously drop the price of the camper considering the market had fallen so much and for us to try one more time. We did after 2 months again the camper not selling. We called Mr. ***** telling him the camper was not going to sell that every customer looked at it complained the price was too high. He told Mr. ***** again to come get his camper. Mr. ***** said he needed a couple weeks to get everything scheduled to get transportation to get his camper moved and that he would do it. A couple weeks turned into two more months. We called Mr. ***** again and told him again that we have been it's been very patient but his camper being as big as it was was taking up a lot of space and we could be using that space for other vehicles or another camper for a consignment. Mr. ***** finally said he will be there the following Friday.3. Mr. ***** was cordial and nice until we said at that point 1 year into the contract we would settle up for what he owed us for the $75/monthly fees which he said himself was cheaper than a storage facility would charge him. We also asked for an updated copy of his insurance on the camper which he never supplied which led up to believe he might have dropped insurance on the camper which was breach of contract. It was then that ******** said because our contract did not specifically say the words "$75/month fee" he was not going to pay it even though he himself acknowledged several times in several conversations it was cheaper than a storage facility. Mr. ****** Was right it did not specifically say that terminology and instead of taking it to court for $900 which we would have won because any judge would with common sense would know you can't just park your camper at someone's property for free for a year, we have to pay to lease property monthly. We decided and told him just to come get his camper and get it out of our way.4. ******** is correct that yes a natural disaster did come and put him moving his camper on pause (even though he was supposed to move it months earlier). Two weeks after we called Mr. ***** to get an update to when he could move his camper to which he told us it would be at least another month, maybe even longer at that point. We told him that we had already been lenient for months and that it was not our problem at that point any longer. We were going to give him 10 more days to figure out what he needed to do with his camper. Whether he wanted to pay a tow company to tow it to a storage lot to where he could pay rent and have his camper stored he could, or if he can get someone lined up to come get it and take it wherever he wanted. We told him though that in ********************************** our lot after him paying no rent for over a year, ********************************************************************* that same conversation, Mr. ***** told us that he was on the other end of the state and that he would let us know in a couple days. 10 minutes later Mr. ***** called us back to let us know he would be there in a couple hours to pick up his camper which he did in fact, show up to pick up his camper amazingly. It's amazing enough that he could travel from one end of the state to the other in less than 4 hours, especially when he was as he said deployed. 4. As far as talking to Mr. ******* wife, the only time we ever had one interaction with her was at the very beginning of the consignment agreement when she came in to consign it with him. We have not spoke to her one time since so I don't know why she would feel any certain way. - giving the circumstance. I think we have been over backwards five times for this man, who we feel reach contract because when he can signed it, he give us exclusive rights to sell the camper yet he was trying to sell it online himself which is in direct breach of contract, which he himself stated above. I don't know why he's complaining when eye he got to keep his camper stored on our lot safely and securely under 24-hour camera surveillance for 14 months + $3,000 a month worth of advertising on our websites for 12 months for a grand total of $75. Yet he feels that he was mistreated. We don't know how he was going to trade it when we told him to pick up his camper 2 months after it was first listed, then told him to pick it up again, then again, then again. Mr. ***** was the one that refused to pick his own camper up and the reason is because he didn't here have no way to transport it, he did not want to keep it at his house, and he did not want to pay rent. The fact is Mr. ***** used us and he feels like the victim.

WOW everything was excellent and I purchased the car. I am thrilled with the car and dealt directly with the owner who is wonderful!! I am an out of state private buyer and Local Auto Sales & Consignments made the process so very quick and easy. The car is flawless and was exactly as was described. The prices are below what is out there in the marketplace. I was looking for a few months and when this car was posted on CarGurus I immediately contacted Local Auto Sales & Consignments and they responded within minutes. This was a Saturday and due to work commitments I couldn't drive up there until Friday. I wouldn't have faulted Local Auto Sales & Consignments if they sold the car before I had a chance to see it, but as the owner stated to me he gave me his word. The price in the ad was exactly what I paid and I walked away knowing I purchased the car at the best possible price.
