      They use to be a great credit union to do business with. But here lately, The DISPUTE DEPARTMENT drags their feet in checking out ones dispute that has been filed with them when a scam/bogus site on the internet causes them issues to correct the issue and collect back into ones account. Been now over two weeks on my own account and no word from them at all as to why this is taking them so long to correct. NO LOGICAL EXCUSE for this type of service on their part.

Unfortunately with card disputes, it typically takes ***** days for resolution, as the charges have to be disputed with the merchant. Until we hear from the merchant, or until their time frame to respond has expired, the member dispute cant be resolved. If you would like to discuss a particular dispute with our team, please give us a call at ************ and we will be happy to provide you with any update that we have up to this point.
