    I stopped at Circle K Store #******* on 17th St. in ********** **** on February 15, 2024 around 7:45 a.m. I purchased a disposable vape (mngo stick) for $11.76. Immediately after purchasing and opening, I realized it did not work. I tried to troubleshoot suggestions online but received a faulty product. I stopped by that same day around 3:45 p.m. but the store was closed...I went back the next morning, around 7:45 a.m. and the clerk told me he had to talk to his manager, who was outside at the time smoking a cigarette. He explained I had bought a disposable and it did not work and I was looking for a refund. She said no. She also never even came inside the store to speak to me and he said he could not do anything despite the fact that they are selling bad products. Poor customer service from the manager and a lack of respect for selling products that do not work.
