    *** ***** ******* Drive at **************. My property flooded after a storm. I have owned this property since **** and never had any issues with flooding even after hurricanes and rain from thunderstorms. The **** acre lot located at **** *** street had loads of dirt trucked in and raised the area above joining property. A concrete wall was put in place at my back yard and 2 other home owners. A very low area was left at my backyard and pipes were placed through the concrete wall allowing for water drainage from the construction site to 3 ********************. Water during the storm accumulated in the low area running over the wall as well as coming through the pipes. My yard was flooded and 2 other home owners had the same issue. The contractor had not worked at the site for 2 +months. In addition the port potty turned over and spilled contents that flowed with water to the low area and to my yard. This issue needs to be re-evaluated and corrected by the contractor.
