    I had an issue as well saying my order would ship out 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks they then contact me and tell me they want $765 MORE in shipping charges! Who can afford that? I told the to cancel my order. Come to find out they had not even put my order in yet and it wouldve been ANOTHER 3 weeks or more before shipping. They finally cancelled my order but kept a 3% processing fee. This company is a joke. And non trustworthy

    We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the ************ stated in our publicly available shipping and return policies, certain freight shipments may incur additional fees due to limited access or residential delivery requirements. ************************************************ this case, your location in a remote area of **** required delivery to a residential address on a route where all freight carriers impose surcharges. These fees are not set by us but are standard industry charges. We tried in vain to negotiate with the carriers, and this took several days, for which we are sorry. As it turned out, this was the best rate that could be found. After you expressed dissatisfaction about the surcharge, we apologized for the delay and offered to waive the entire $765 surcharge entirely and take a loss on the transaction to accommodate your concerns. Unfortunately, you still chose to cancel your order and continued to complain about our handling. It seemed no matter what we did you were determined to criticize our efforts unfairly. Regarding the 3% processing fee deducted from your refund, this is also clearly outlined in our policies and covers non-refundable charges imposed by payment processors. This standard industry practice is beyond our control, and we regret any inconvenience it may have ********* is important to note that doing business with our company means agreeing to the policies we have in place, which are clearly stated and transparent. Despite our attempts to explain and resolve this situation in line with these policies, your actions and language have been defamatory and unconstructive. We encourage constructive dialogue but caution other businesses about potential challenges when engaging with customers who disregard established policies and escalate issues unnecessarily.We remain committed to providing fair, transparent, and professional service and will continue to refine our processes based on feedback.Sincerely, Aria ******
