    We put a deposit on a software system for our business.When the company did virtual training for us on the software we would receive, it was not as the sales person represented. It did not have the features or functionality we desired. We requested to cease the training; asked them to not ship us the software nor hardware; and asked them to refund the deposit as their sales person misrepresented it's functionality. The sales person admitted that they had described it's functionality incorrectly. We had a meeting with their team describing why the purchase contract should be void and our deposit refunded as we received nothing and very quickly realized that the sales person was incorrect in their sales pitch. The company is now ignoring us. We have made many phone calls and sent many emails to receive our refund back and everyone from the company is ignoring us. They took our $10,000 and we have nothing of theirs.
