      I am writing to formally file a complaint against Fast Lane Consulting & Education Services regarding their failure to honor training services that I paid for in full and in good ******** 2021, I registered for the ****** Catalyst 9800-CL Wireless LAN Controller and WIFI6 Workshop" course through Fast Lane. I paid approximately $3,800 for the training. However, the class was canceled due to low enrollment. I attempted multiple times over the following years to re-register for the same or similar training, but each attempt resulted in another cancellation. I only attended one hour of the originally scheduled class before it was discontinued.Despite my repeated and good-faith efforts to take the class I paid foror a comparable oneFast **** has refused to offer me any satisfactory resolution. They have denied my request to transfer the paid credit toward a comparable course unless I pay additional fees. Their only resolution was to offer a discounted rate on a different class, which is not acceptable given I already paid the full cost and never received the training promised.Ive communicated this clearly in writing and have been met with dismissive responses. At no point did I request a refund. I only asked to apply my original payment to another class of equivalent value, which seems like a fair and standard business practice.This situation is unacceptable. I have lost both time and money due to Fast ****** repeated class cancellations and refusal to offer a reasonable accommodation. I am requesting that Fast Lane allow me to take a comparable class of equal value without additional cost or offer a full refund.All relevant email communications and timelines can be provided upon request. I respectfully ask the Better Business Bureau to help mediate this matter. Note: I request that my personal information remain confidential and not be shared publicly.
