I bought a book from them on February 26, 2024 and they offered me a membership. I tried on several occasions to cancel my membership but they make it very difficult to do so. I tried using different passwords but nothing worked. I then click on the option to change my password for them to send me an email link to change my password but never received any emails to change it, not in my junk mail either.This feels like a scam. So I ordered the Living good daily book for 8 dollars shipping. Then it offered a free one week subscription for the lifestyle change. I tried to go in the app under subscriptions and it said I had no active subscriptions. I then tried calling and sent email about how to cancel. They don't answer the phone and I got automatic response for the email but it was just saying someone would get back to me within the next couple days. It is set up in a way that you can not cancel your membership before they take the first payment. So it's not a free week because until they take your first payment you do not have active subscriptions. I tried and tried everyday to get on and cancel but it said I did not have active subscription.Business Response

I ordered today a book from Dr ********************** online through ****** and it was a free book with just paying the 8:51 for shipping through ****** but it look like others have made complaints about this company automatically signing you up for other monthly fees which I did not do I became worried went to my ****** account and it looks like there are automatic payments sent up for noting I signed up for I tried to cancel any future payments to get ahead of any surprise payments from getting taken out of my account but cant contact anyone through this living good company and I tried to immediately cancel my order through ****** after placing it I want no interaction or money moving forward taken out of my acctBusiness Response

I received my first purchase from Livingood Daily on March 27, 2025. When I opened the box I saw that it contained a product that I did not order. I checked my billing statement and sure enough $58 was taken out of my credit card for the Daily Super Greens that I did not order. I searched for a phone number to contact the company and could find none. I emailed them and told them that I did not order the product, to refund the $58 back to my credit card and to email me a free return label abd I would **** up the inconvenience of taking it to the post office. They told me that I had to go to their refund portal. I am not tech savvy and I can't do and should not have to do all of that since it was their mistake. After numerous emails back and forth they want to Dicker with me and have told me go keep the product and they will refund 20 % of my money. This is a "scam company" and I will never purchase from this company again. I am demanding a full refund to my credit card now and a free shipping return label and then I will have to drive it to the post office to correct their mistake. If it was a subscription it is to be stopped immediately before more money is taken out of my credit card.Business Response

I signed up for a free book from Living Good Daily online. I looked over the ENTIRE form to make sure I wasnt agreeing to any kind of membership or promotion or subscription!! It was just a free book that I had to pay for SHIPPING ONLY. Now, Im being billed $27.00 A MONTH, and have no clue what I am paying for! I cannot find a website for membership, and even if I did, I dont remember creating a login. I SAVE all accounts to my phone for this very reason, so that I can recall what I signed up for! I am very angry, and I cannot find a way to complain because I dont have an account! This should be ILLEGAL!Business Response

I signed up to get a free book and only had to pay for the shipping so they got my credit card information for that. They havebeen billing me $27 a month since I have gone twice to their email and once through a company that helps you get rid of extra bills your account that you dont know about and they still have not stopped billing me. I ordered the Livingood Daily Book, Make Nutrition Simple Course and the Livingood Daily Lifestyle Trial - at no time was I told there was a subscription that would bill monthly.From other complaints, it looks like I am not alone.I agreed to pay $25.95 but did not agree to a monthly subscription.There is a $27 charge on both January 19 and February 19 - a total of $54 The $54 subscription fee deducted from my bank account should be returned, and the subscription should be canceled immediately!Thank you.Business Response

I have had an ongoing subscription for the ** Support. I am trying to cancel that subscription and the company will not contact me back. I have sent multiple emails and none have been responded to. They say you can chat with a representative however that just says they are busy and will send you an email. The subscription is not listed on their site under my email address. I ordered the "free" book they were offering "just pay shipping". I did not sign up for any "trial" anything. It took almost a month for the book, that turned out to be mostly hokem to finally show up. But the real problem, that I didn't notice until I lost my job and money got tight, is Ive been being charged $27 a month since I ordered this book in October! I looked on the website for a number to call, you can't leave a message on it. I sent an email to cancel, figured if nothing else, I wouldn't lose another months money because I need every ***** right now, they didn't read my email until they already took this month out too! Now I want ALL they money back. Back to October. This is ridiculous. How can they get away with stealing my money with no good way to cancel? Please help. Thank you.Business Response
