      PLEASE DO NOT CHOSE THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE YOUR MEDICAL SUPPLIES. We just transitioned from them and they were the worst company I have ever worked with . POOR customer service, you will have the same issue over and over again and it will never be resolved. Nobody will ever follow up with you. You may get a rep from ***** , **, or wherever tf !!! Supervisors refuse to email you or call you back if you have any issues. No organization, no notes ever left. They dont care about you nor treat you like they care about you. Do they just hire anybody to work for these company ? Its just ridiculous. When you have a child with a feeding tube , the last thing you want to worry about are the issues with their medical company. Horrible company . Please stay away. I am warning you all now .

      Aveanna Healthcare Medical Solutions (AHMS) has reviewed the caregiver's grievance. The formula was subsequently delivered to the patient’s home. AHMS remains committed to providing timely and accurate services and will work with the caregiver to ensure a seamless transition of care to a new provider.

      Wish there was a zero star. This company purchased SoftTouch medical supply company. Unfortunately, customer service is even worse than it was under Soft Touch. Apparently they are having to make "manual migration" of patients from SoftTouch, and half the employees don't know they need to tell customers that. Also, they refuse to give out a name and a call back number to follow up on the issue when we will most likely still not have my disabled daughters medical supplies a week from now. Also, they have no idea what real customer service is. I have had to call multiple times, waiting for up to 1/2 an hour on hold each time. When you leave a voice mail, they do not return calls as promised. If you have another choice for medical supplies, use it.
