      Five Negative Stars if offered.
      This is a factual account of my experience with ******* *******, Licensed Professional Investigator, regarding locator services he purported to provide. ******* is President/CEO of Aardwolf International, a Cary NC firm that provides investigative and protective services.
      ******* offered, billed, and was paid $400 for two "pinging" locator services he neither performed nor intended to perform as he was fully aware that pinging is a Federal crime. At the time I needed to locate an evasive individual for process service and was unaware that pinging was illegal. As a client I trusted and relied on *******'s ethical/professional conduct and he took advantage of my predicament.
      The pinged locations ******* identified using Maps were fabricated and later proven false. At the time I communicated to ******* the locations he identified seemed highly unusual.
      *******'s pinging misrepresentations also necessitated consultation with a criminal defense attorney regarding my potential criminal liability.
      Despite knowledge he caused me considerable litigation issues and expenses as a result of his conduct ******* continues to fail to provide reimbursement for these fraudulent fees.
      Should this information prevent one potential client from enduring similar deceptive practices and tactics by ******* it will serve its purpose.
