Beware of billing and ************** an outsourced RCM for ************************* located in *************************************** Pay has provided horrible customer service. I was balanced billed after making a requested upfront payment to include an unmet deductible plus the 20% co-insurance. The provider is an in-network provider. Once the claims were adjudicated there was a refund due back to me. For weeks Millennia Pay has sent me around in circles, they deny having any knowledge of the payment I made on the date of service, and has consistently advised me that my account is under review. After seven weeks I was advised to contact my insurance company. To date my insurance company is in agreement that I am being balanced billed, and I am due a refund for my over payment. My insurance company has sent two Balance Bill letters requesting my refund to no avail.

I believe that Millennia is a medical billing agency. My credit card statement showed a charge by Millennia, and I did not recognize the purchase. Upon further review, I discovered that this was my payment to a dermatologist billing agency. If you see a charge from Millennia, see if you had a medical visit on that date. I think that they do billing for doctors in various specialties. I hope this may be helpful to you.

Like so many others, I found two charges on my credit card under "Millenia" - no other information. I contacted my credit card company. The charges were removed since they suspected fraud. Months later, I receive a bill for a copay from a doctor visit 6 months prior. I called the ******* Orthopedic Group to discover they use Millenia as their billing service. Most medical groups are using third party billing services these days but it would be great if Millenia listed a medical group's name on their billing transactions. This is basic information, easy to amend and would save Millenia money in emails and phone calls. How is the patient supposed to know what billing service is utilized by which doctor? A little bit of common sense would be greatly appreciated and benefit both the company and those who utilize their services.
