      On 3/23 the business took $75.41 from my account. I have never heard of this company, nor have I been to **** in the past 5 years. Upon calling them they said it was for lease of my C-Pap machine. This is bogus as my C-Pap was completely paid off in early 2022. Then they tried to say it was an insurance issue. If it was an insurance issue it would have come to light before now. I seek the reimbursement of my $75.41 plus damages as well as a formal letter of apology from the *** of this company whom I have never set foot into their office in **** before.

      ***************************************************************** 10 December 2022 Dear ****************************: Re: Reimbursement of money, Part 2--Your order number is #*******, and your order summary is below: H5i Climateline Tubing (S9 Machines Only!) (1)Swift FX Nasal Pillows Mask Fit Pack (S, M, L) (1) I have tried to communicate several times with Arbitrator ******************* in corporate office by the telephone; ******************* did resolve and has credited me the $413.22 drafted out of my account in June 2022; however, when I told her that I had a refund for overpayment, she states please call the billing **** for this error. The billing **** still charges me with a late fee, and billing fee. The $103.87 that I ordered a hose and swift FX mask in December 2021 is not resolved. It is because the billing office will not go back and credit me the overpayment from my new machine and hose (# *******).From the entire payments of $1213.00; she advised me of the original contract of the S10 machine was $610.20. This left an overpayment of $602.80. The credit from my bank was credited $413.22 in July 2022. A sum of $189.58 was due to my account. Then, a new order of $103.20 was sent out around November 2021. Adapt still owes me a balance of over $86.30. Adapt keeps charging me a late fee, and billing fee to add to my bill. This is wrong because they had my money since December 2021. Again, ***** has tried to put me in the credit reporting for their mistake of billing. I am demanding my money owed in full without further ado. Adapt needs to correct this with the credit **** billing as well. I am sick and tired of this messy company!The problem is that AdaptHealth Billing, equipment, and Adapt CSR does not communicate within its own company; nor does the company software intertwined together. There is a LARGE communication breakdown within this company. BBB, please help me secure my refund money owed!Restoni *********: *************************************, *******************
