Terrible experience trying to buy a car in a cash deal. My car salesman was some disturbed kid named ********* ******, who has serious anger issues. My trade in vehicle was worth more than the car I was interested in buying and ********* got upset when I didn't take his lowball offer. This is after he said he would punch his manager in the face if he didn't offer more. But either way, the offer was too low so I wasn't going just accept it without continuing my vehicle search a bit more. This kid insulted me when I said I was going to call someone for advice, and then he refused to return MY car keys when I said I was going to continue my vehicle search elsewhere before making a decision. He got so mad as if he thought my car was already his and I had to take his lowball offer. And he literally refused to give me back my car keys for a while and said I wasn't allowed to go grab them myself from the "tower". So I started making a bunch of noise and was about to call the police but a sales manager came over and diffused the situation by making him give me my keys back. Actually the sales manager gave me back my keys while ********* was having a hissy fit in his "tower". To be honest, I'm not sure how he's even a car salesperson in the first place because all he did was talk bad about the dealership policies, said he was going to punch his boss in the face, and then got all upset and insulting while refusing to give my keys back. I would have bought the car (as that's what I drove there to do in the first place) but obviously when you have to deal with a jerk you aren't going to buy anything from them. I went down the road to another dealership and bought a better car same day with nothing out of pocket. What dealership hires people who refuse to return people's keys if they don't sell them their trade in vehicles? Autopark Honda in ****. If you want a bad experience go with ********* ****** at Autopark Honda in ****. *********************************************************

I bought two brand new cars from this dealer. Honda Accord 2021 was having issues with the screen. I went four times to the dealership and they were not able to fix my car. It's very distracting while driving and becoming a safety concern. I have two minors who ride in that car every day. I am very disappointed on their service. Either they are trying to do discrimination with me or they are not professional at all with updated technology. I complained to Honda cooperate, but they are not serious with matter either. My next step will be complain my issue in federal commission.

This was the absolute worse car buying experience ever. If I could give a lower star than a one, I would. My initial review was 5 stars until we had to return a car. I was in the market for a used car for my mom, my husband found a used accord on their lot. We test drove it and was more less pressured into buying it, because " so many offers were coming in on that car". As we processed to purchase the car the sales manager had to "approve" the way we were paying (bent the rules to take our money). We got the car home to learn it had a serious oil leak, which the service techs said it was residual oil. We took it to our mechanic, and he basically said that it was not residual oil but had more to do with the motor mount (a lot more money to fix). We took the car back and told them that the car was not what they said it was. That's when the sales manager processed to get nasty and unprofessional with my husband. Because they didn't do their due diligence on inspecting the car. Since they don't do refunds and we had to get a car from them. We were rushed into getting a car that we really didn't want. Now we are stuck with it. Not to mention we waited almost 2 hours to sign the paperwork that took 8 minutes. SHAMFUL. The only reason we went to a dealership is so we would not have to go through this. These people are only out to get your money and they could care less about your safety in one of their cars. They need to learn what customer service really means. I will NEVER do business with this dealership again!!! Make sure you do your research before going to any car dealership, especially this one.
