    Placed order online for pickup in or about 10/14/22 for home discovered my order was incorrect when I arrived back at my hotel. Contact the manger of the store I purchased from and explained who I was and that there's a problem with my order. Before I could even complete my statement she rudely stated that my order being incorrect was not her problem, I explained that I'm just asking to get my order corrected , and again she stated that it was no longer her problem a place my order online and left the store. I contacted customer service and filed a complaint and was told a week later when I followed up that I was given a credit for two pizzas in my app. Fast forward a month and two weeks later I attempt to place an order on 11/25/22 in my app using one of my credits only to see that the credits were added and then quickly deleted as used. I contacted customer service back instead of calling the store because the manager was rude the initial time that I reached out to her with the problem, customer service call the store to see if they would provide the coupon code to release the order and the manager told customer service no that she was the general manager but would not be honoring any requests for codes. So now I'm back in the waiting game as the store continually refuses to honor their era. The general manager at this store has been consistently rude an unconcerned with a patron using her store. She should not be in customer service in any way shape or form as her comments during the initial complaint was borderline racist. Buyer beware if you're shopping at the ***** Road store in **** North Carolina Papa John's. They want your money but they don't want to honor any type of service. Bring ********* ****** on as a board member was just another ploy to keep the black and brown community engaged while they continue with the same racially bias culture when it comes to serving the public.
