    Do not do business with Oxford. I was supposed to receive a book in December. I was then told it was print on demand and would take ten weeks. I said ok. The time passes and I ask for updatesI was told their warehouse is having problems. Today I was told their system is down and there is nothing they can do for two weeks. I was then told it was sent back Feb 9 but in an email Feb 20 was told it hasnt been sent out yet. A supervisor was supposed to call me, never did. The customer service rep hung up on me and was rude. I ordered it on Amazon and will be here in two days. I have never dealt with a more incompetent and uncommunicative business before and caution any professor or writer to deal with this publisher. I have all the correspondence and emails. If they even try to blame me it would be laughable as they continually came up with excuse after excusetakes ten weeksthe warehouse.UPS sent it backnow the system is down. Do not participate in any survey for this company. Their system works when they want information from you, but when you need answers the system is conveniently down. There are other publishers out there that will get my business and I will be sure to warn my colleagues of the poor treatment I received from this company.
