  I paid $1,200 for a month of premium service that could have been produced as good or better using AI which is probably what my resume writer was doing (who was supposed to be in the top 10% of the company). Save your money.

  I had a horrible experience with this service throughout the entire process. Customer support was contacted right from the start due to a server glitch in their system that caused my resume to be delayed. As soon as I contacted customer support to clarify the problem, I was greeted with an extremely rude, unprofessional and dismissive representative named ************************* (Customer Support/Operations Support). As I was about to cancel my order due to the way the rep handled the situation, I had to get upper management involved. They offered a 10% discount and I decided to continue the process as I was promised a top writer and a quick turnaround.The first draft came in relatively quickly considering the delay in the start of my resume. The writer was responsive at first when responding to my emails. However, after asking for a revision the writer completely ghosted me and I again had to call the support line to see what was going on. Eventually, the writer replied after three days and the revisions have yet to be completed and I'm left waiting for them with no clarity or response. I'm very disappointed with this experience and feel that the writer's lack of professionalism is unacceptable.While I am saddened to have to leave such a review, I sincerely hope this review helps future customers to proceed with caution or avoid them altogether since they do not live up to their claims.I would never hire this service again

  It is difficult to know where to begin. Despite the large amount of money I paid, the federal resumes I received were subpar and full of grammatical errors. They failed to highlight my 20+ years of military service and my accomplishments. I also had trouble reaching my assigned resume writer and the products they provided were far below my expectations. I reached out to the service department, and they promised to pass along my concerns to the owner and have them contact me. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the owner. Instead, I received another subpar resume from the writer "*******" that was also full of grammatical errors. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the experience and feel like I was ripped off.

  I received a very poor quality resume from TopStack that does absolutely nothing to showcase my 15+ years of data science and analytics experience. Some of the glaring issues in my resume were: duplication in phrasing of work experience, lack of impact and omission of key engagements from the original copy of resume provided. The primary reason I availed of the services of a professional resume writer was my lack of skill in highlighting my experience as a leader as against a doer/executioner. I thought professional resume writing services would enable me to do that, however, TopStack failed to add any value and my experience still comes across as a doer/executioner. In addition, key project engagements that are super critical as evidence of a strong data science and analytics career were omitted. Not sure why the resume writer did this - my guess is, they probably lacked the understanding of this domain.The only improvement from my previous resume was better formatting, however, having to spend $139 for better formatting is not really the best use of money. My overall customer experience, starting with customer service rep to CEO, was utterly disappointing, not to mention the time wasted in waiting for my draft and the constant feedback loop. For anyone in a specialized function, with lot of work experience - you're the best storyteller of your skills and background. So please do yourself a favor and stay away from the trap of professional resume writers like these.

  Horrible experience! The writer working on my resume quit during the beginning of the process. The Head of Resume Writing with TopStack reached out to me via email to offer me options:
  “I am reaching out to inform you that your previous writer is no longer available with the company. Upon your approval, we can have your order reassigned to a new writer for completion.”
  I agreed to have another writer but they stopped responding and I haven’t heard from them since.
  Don’t do business with this company. They are not legitimate and provide poor service.

  ****** with TopStack provided an incredible service that certainly helped me to develop the confidence to present my best and real self interviews. It was clear that she listens to her clients and takes pride in her work. She's a great editor and coach, with great communication skills. Now that I'm back on track and recently promoted, one day I'm going to recruit her!!
