      Date of Incident: October 18, 2024 Amount Paid: $0.00 Nature of the Dispute: I scheduled an appointment with Triangle Visions for October 18, 2024, after waiting approximately two weeks. When I scheduled the appointment, I provided both of my insurance details, as I have two insurance plans. Upon arrival, I was asked to sign an estimate for around $200, despite my dual insurance coverage. I questioned the cost and was informed that Triangle Visions could not file claims with both insurances. Additionally, I learned they did not accept one of my insurance plansa critical detail that was not communicated to me during booking. After waiting for about 20 minutes while staff attempted to address the issue, I decided not to proceed with the exam and left.On November 15, 2024, I received a bill for $50.00 labeled as a "No Show/Late Cancellation" fee, despite being present for the appointment. I called the office on November 15 and was told I would receive a call back within 24 hours, but no one followed up. I called again on November 19 and left a voicemail after being placed on hold for several minutes, but I still have not received a response.What the Business Committed to Provide: Accurate communication regarding insurance acceptance and billing, as well as fair treatment regarding appointment attendance.Resolution Status: The business has not resolved this issue despite my attempts to contact them. I am disputing the $50 charge and requesting it to be removed, as I was present for the appointment and left only after their failure to properly inform me of their insurance policies.

      I went for a yearly exam and they did a retina test that I payed for because they claimed it was not covered under my insurance. And then I received a statement from my insurance showing that they paid for the test. I went to them 12/29/2023. I contacted them and they said they only showed the insurance payment
