    We recently hired Highlands Roofing to replace our old roof and are extremely pleased with the results from this extraordinary company. From our very first meeting with the owner, ****** ********************, we were impressed by his professional and courteous manner. He explained, in detail, the work to be done, the materials to be used, and was on the job site every day of the installation. By way of explanation this is the process we used in selecting Highlands. Process: We only accepted bids from companies that were rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau and who did not have a complaint within the past five years. We also looked for companies having a ****** rating of 4-5 stars. We required that they bid on the same scope of work and materials for the job.Job:Replace a twenty-year-old asphalt roof of 32 squares on a two-story home. Replace damaged roof decking. Replace Masonite siding on the dormers of the house and damaged trim work.Result:We have a beautiful new roof. They also installed multiple extra roof vents which has improved our attic ventilation. The damaged roof decking was replaced and the siding work was excellent. The flashing work was first rate, the roof pipes were flashed and protected by a self-sealing membrane barrier. The roofing crew did a great job of protecting our plants and shrubbery around the house and did a wonderful job with the clean up at the end. Mr. ******************** was there on the last day to make a final sweep of the jobsite and made sure that the skylights were cleaned---he did that himself!In short, we can recommend Highlands Roofing without any reservations and would hire them again should the situation warrant it---5 STARS.

    They did an amazing job on the roof but the customer service can use some help. They offered 300$ for a referral and never spoke of it again after I referred a family member that did do their roof with them.

    Hired Highlands Roofing to replace our ********************* Very pleased with their employees who installed the roof. They were very polite very hard-working and cared. All care was taken to ensure our plants and shrubbery were protected at the end of the job. There was 100% cleanup and they ran magnets throughout our entire yard to make sure no nails were left on the ground. We are 100% pleased and would hire them again I believe theyre the best roofers in ******/********* **************.

    ****** was amazing to work with and is one of the most polite people you will ever meet. His crew was fast and friendly and did a great job. His cost was so much less than everyone else and had numerous extras no one else included. His work warranty of 10 years was double what others offered. Recommend them to everyone!

    Fantastic work! We recently had a fortified roof installed by Highlands Roofing on our home in *************** on the ***********. **** was extremely professional, answering all of our questions. His team showed up when they said they would and the craftsmanship is top notch! We are extremely pleased with the product we received and would recommend them to anyone.

    New Highlands Roofing, **** and ******** have been absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Their support and customer service throughout the whole time was simply excellent. The team working on the roof were incredible, so competent, efficient and superb quality. Roof was done in 24 hours and we've had so many compliments about it!! Would give them more than 5 stars if possible. Nothing was too much effort, they took the time we needed and made it all so easy.Without doubt, Highlands Roofing is the best roofer in ******, and on the Outer Banks.

    The service we received from **** and Highland roofing was above and beyond. From the 1st meeting with **** to the very end was professional and easy. We have and will continue to refer all our friends and family to **** and Highland roofing!! Thanks for taking all the stress of getting a new roof off our shoulders!!! 5 stars for sure

    This team was amazing. ******************* ***** was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable as well. He knew so much about our old roof and also the understanding of how our coastal community needs to have special roofing for wind. I would recommend them to anyone. The team that put on our roof was like a well oiled machine. They did our roof in one day and the clean up they did was amazing. Nothing left behind. This group needs to do all roofs in my opinion. You will not regret speaking with them for your roof replacement!
