    The screen was installed in June of 2023. They installed it with incorrect material and with poor quality. There's holes in the screen where bugs can still fly in and they did not fix installing the rain drain correctly. There was no attempt to fix this in 2023. Now we are in March of 2024 and the owner of the company will not speak to me. We would like to end all communication with this company and any invoice requests.

    Screen Medics will not respond to this complaint at this time as we are trying to work with ************** to complete his project. Screen Medics owner has been in contact with ************** and has scheduled a time to resolve his issues. ************** told the owner over the phone that he was going to withdraw his BBB complaint. We are scheduled to complete the punch list items on April 9th, 2024 which is the time ************** chose for us to come out based on his availability. Screen Medics will follow up when the issue is resolved.
