    April 23, 2924, was my initial visit to Silver Linings for Seniors in ****, **. It's always been important for me to be proactive because of my health concerns, starting with type 1 diabetes at age 11. At the time of my initial session, I was overwhelmed with health problems, family, legal issues, and housing, but the legal issue occurred later, during our sessions. I saw the red flags but was convinced to give ********************************* a chance, so I did, although she was far from who I preferred. I had emphasized a Black, Male Psychologist, she was a ***** Russian, Female LCSW. My medical insurance named her *****************************, so I'm unsure if she's the same person. Our 1.5-month session was far from my expectations, and what I expected. I detailed to her, initially, reliability, professionalism, and competence. Only 1 out of the 6 providers on their website, had an MD, the rest are counselors with zero ratings, They had NO PSYCHOLOGISTS!Their staff knows nothing about their procedures or guidelines, so... if you're looking for help, dealing with the circumstances of reality, as a senior, don't have high expectations if you're planning to try Silver Linings for Seniors because it appeared to me that they don't expect too much from themselves. They were a waste of limited time.
