  The customer service was horrendous. I would give them a lower grade if I could do so. I ordered a glass door for a sauna that cost $1800. When the door was installed, there were significant gaps all around the door. Before the technician sealed the gaps with plastic sealing strips -- which he was about to do -- he asked if I wanted the gaps sealed tight. Because it was a sauna, and not a shower door, I asked if I could research the ventilation requirements and decide how much of it should be sealed -- since I was not expecting significant gaps. The installer assured me that this was fine and that if I decided to seal part of the door, I could simply pick up the plastic sealing strips from the shop. After doing some research, I determined that I needed to seal the quarter inch gap at the top of the 24 inch door and a few inches of one sided --requiring about 30 inches of the slide on plastic sealing piece (which could not have cost more than pennies). When I called to follow up, management said they would charge me $75 for the 30 inches of plastic. They acknowledged that it would have been included in the $1800 price if they had installed it on site, and they acknowledged that it was promised by the installer, but said the were nevertheless going to charge me $75. Needless to say I was annoyed. A few minutes later, another manager called back -- I assumed to apologize and offer to give me the 30 inches of plastic sealing material. Instead, it was the manager, calling to berate me for not being more clear when I first ordered the door about the need for sealing it tightly. Of course, at that time, I did not know they were going to leave a meaningful gap around the door.The management were rude and unapologetic -- and of course demanded the remainder of their $1800 install price. The worst customer experience I have had in some time -- particularly for something that cost this much.Buyer beware.
