      Ive always had a pleasant experience up until my most recent appointment Sunday at 12:45 PM. I walked in and the receptionist who was helping ( degrading ) me was extremely rude and uncouth! Her name was ***** . Her voice pitch was loud and aggressive! I calmly mentioned the masseuse I had an appointment with. She gave me a vile look of disgust saying What! while curving her mouth to the side and rolling her eyes in exhaustion. She shoved the computer at me and when I gave it back to her she didnt say thank you. It made me so uncomfortable that I asked my masseuse to walk me out after my session explaining to her what happened. She waited at the desk with me. While I waited in line to be next, the same receptionist passive aggressively stated she can help you motioning me over to another receptionist who made my appointment. She proceeded to carry on a conversation with my masseuse telling her she needed her number to hangout and go shopping ( comical right). I understand people have bad days but taking them out on paying customers is diabolical and clinical! I called October 10, 2024 leaving my name and number in hopes management would call me back but no one tried. This was my first encounter with racism ( not with my masseuse) but with ***** the receptionist. I will never return! I cancelled my appointments!
