      This business is a *****. He has stated on his wall that to release a vehicle you need either a title, registration, bill of sale, or insurance proof. However when you show other proof such as he has stated on the wall that is allowed which is insurance proof. He states that it is not allowed. His reviews online state such shady business practices as he is doing. He also denies access to his lots from the insurance companies. I also have proof as what what on his wall at the time of trying to come to sign over the car.
