    On 5/16/2023 I was contacted by phone a person name ***************************. He claimed to be a representative of Infinity Payment Systems. ************** stated that he would set up my business with the Clover payment system for my massage studio. ************** set up an appointment that day to come to my massage studio for me to fill out the application for the service. On this application I was asked to provide all my personal information including date of birth, address,social security number, business routing and account number business ein number. ************** also took of picture of my driver's license with his phone. I was told it would take a week to get the Clover payment machine and get set up on the system. One week went by and I had not heard from **************. I called the number listed on the back of the folder I received the number was busy. I googled the number to office spoke to a very rude and disrespectful agent name ************************** confirmed the *************************** worked there but refused to provide any information in regard to my account. She hung up on me several times until I called back from a different number and spoke to ******************** who said he was the president. He advised me that he did not receive an application then said that the application was sent to the wrong place .

We have taken all measures to ensure this does not happen to any future merchants. This will not happen again in the future.


    In order to make things right, we offered a FREE loaner Clover Mini, put you in contact directly with our ***. You had a conversation with our ***, and agreed that you would like to do business with us and that you appreciated the *** reaching out. We truly value your satisfaction as a customer, and we wanted to ensure that your next experience with us exceeds your expectations. We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go as planned.

    At this time, you have decided to part ways because of the issues you had with your agent. If there is anything else we can do to address your concerns or if you have any additional feedback, please feel free to reach out to us directly at ************. We are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction.
