    I would like a refund for an item that shipped, that wasn't desired. This company is completely unresponsive, and has ignored 8 emails (over 10 days, from Oct 1 to 11), from to their various contact emails. I never received any reply.     On 3/21/2024, I was seen by Dr. **** ******, who is a dental surgeon. Prior to going in for a consultation I had my recent dental xrays sent to their office. When I arrived, the doctor's assistant said that they had not received the xrays yet, but she said it wasn't a big deal and they would do a panoramic film at no charge to me. The doctor ended up prescribing antibiotics for a minor tooth infection and recommended not pulling the tooth. I later received a bill for $69.00. In that statement, they charged my insurance company $253.00, plus $165 for a comprehensive oral evaluation. The total came to $418.00, my insurance company paid them $349. They are claiming that I owe them $69.00. I called to discuss this first with my insurance company, which is *****. They attempted to call the office at Aspire Surgical, they gave us the run around and said this was my portion that I needed to pay. I explained to them the situation, to which they said there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak to a manager, they said they would have a manager reach out, I never received a call. I called a second time and was given the same response. Today 10/17/2024, I called again and was told that the bill had been sent to collections. I again asked for a manager. The lady told me they couldn't talk to me because the bill had been sent to collections. I was aware that they sent it to collections, and when I tried to get a hold of someone at the collections office, I was unable to speak to a person. I have $69.00, I'm not paying based on the principal of this matter. They should have never charged my insurance company $253 for something I was told I wouldn't be charge for. Furthermore, they have sent this to collections, refused to help me and damaged my credit. They have been rude and unresponsive. Today when they told me they wouldn't speak to me, I again asked for a manager, they said Brooklyn was in a meeting, the same thing they told me last time. Still no call back.

    7/16/23:- Ordered EMST150 Expiratory trainer via Aspire's website (*************************)- Paid $84.55 for next day air delivery shipping (***)7/17/23:- Received shipping notification from ********************* Emails stated my purchase was shipped *** Ground - I contacted ******************* and ****************** to confirm shipped method - ******************* (President and Owner of Aspire products) responded with the following:1) I paid for overnight shipping 2) The order was shipped via ground 3) She will refund my entire shipping charge 7/18/23 7/21/2023 7/31/2023 Contacted the company via email asking about the status of the refund - no response yet Called the company in Aug/Sept -- Left a message for **** asking for status. No response yet Contacted the company via the website contact form numerous times (dates unknown as no record was received), asking about the status of the refund - no response yet Looking for a refund in the amount of $84.55 for shipping as indicated by *******************
