    We have been a member of this club for a couple years and recently added a plane for rent through them. They are sketchy bordering on illegal. They withhold money from our lease checks and refuse to provide substantiation of these 'expenses' nor will they apply OUR maintenance escrow funds against legitimate maintenance expenses. The statements are consistently late and incorrect (withholding payment for expenses they have not paid). When asked point blank questions they refuse to answer and skirt around the issues. In addition, we were told by a flight instructor (who said he was forbidden to discuss this) that RFC has changed their agreement with flight instructors suddenly and without notice such that the instructors only receive a small portion (about a third) of their ********, the club has taken the rest. In my opinion they are an unhealthy business, unethically deducting made up fees from their profit centers in order to be able to pay their bills.
