    Date of the transaction: November 19, 2021 Total amount billed: $29,443.00 Deceived to go into an unfair contract leading to huge debt. I attended a free 3-day event looking for solutions to grow my business, I signed up trusting that this program would provide the consulting and guidance that my business needed. I expressed that I was not sure because my business is B2B focusing on the Latin market. I was told that the faster way to grow my business was through their speaking program, that with one speaking gig, I would be able to recover this investment because they serve B2B and they were very successful. I was never provided a speaking engagement, there was no B2B guidance, and they failed to support any growth to my business.

    This program does indeed provide consulting and training regarding becoming a speaker.   Our focus is to help clients build their business through speaking. No one was deceived. We provide a contract for our services which outlines deliverables and expectations and at no time was client forced to sign contract nor obligated to pay until they agreed to terms.  We have delivered what was promised to the client and at no time was this client promised a speaking engagement, that is simply false.   We have reached out multiple times to this client and reminded them that they still have consulting time available to them and they have repeatedly failed to use the resources provided to them.  We can not force people to do the work required to have success, we can simply show up and remind them they must do the work and use the resources available. The lack of effort on the clients part has resulted in their dissatisfaction not the services  we have provided.

    I am rejecting this response because: All the promises of Drivens 3 days free webinar do not match the language in the contract. Driven engaged in high pressure sales to sign the contract with full knowledge English is my second language and I was forced to utilize Driven to explain the definitions and details of the contract. I was never advised to seek legal counsel for the contract. I fully disagree with Driven's opinion they met the contract or the terms as explained. All work was performed on my part to meet all terms of the contract on my part. All engagements Driven has made with me since I have entered into dispute are only to insist I must pay them -- no engagements to meet performance requirements on their part have been made. I am currently very nervous to speak to Driven due to my language barrier and Dirven's high pressure sales demanding money.

    This client has been participating fully in the program since December 2021.    We provide a contract which clients are told to review and ensure they are 100% familiar with and comfortable with the terms.    All of these interactions, including the welcome meeting where all logistics of the program were covered including any questions regarding the contract were recorded. We have multiple Spanish speakers on our staff and at no time were we made aware there was a language barrier which would have prohibited her from participating in the program or from signing a contract. 

    Again we maintain that we have delivered the program to the client in full and as promised.  All calls with the client have been recorded and at no time was our staff engaging her in high pressure sales or demanding money.     She does have a financial obligation to pay for the program per her contract.  We will not refund for this program nor let her out of the obligation of paying for the program. 

    Her claims are slanderous and without merit.    This client is simply upset because of their own lack of work not because of our delivering exactly what was promised and contractually agreed upon.     Again everything has been recorded including the three day event and the outline of what was promised verbally in the program matches the contract exactly.
