      I just walked in and met *****. She was very nice and explained how she was appraising each piece of jewelry. She offered a fair price and I left very satisfied with the amount I received. I recommend to anyone.

      With this being my first time doing this I couldn't be more pleased with my experience in that I was treated like a customer wants to be and personally for me the main thing is to be recognized and greeted in such a way that makes you feel welcome and appreciative. This is exactly the way I was made to feel and I didn't feel rushed at all which was most important to me in this particular situation. I was pleased with the amount received and returned 2 days later with more items. Excellent customer service!!
