    I adore the custom necklace I eventually got. Shipping was slow for sure (4 weeks), but the product was worth it. In today's age of overnight delivery, it was pretty frustrating to wait so long, but it's reasonable since it was a true one-of-a-kind custom piece of jewelry. I didn't contact their customer support despite the slow shipping, so I can't speak to others' experiences there, but they definitely deliver stellar products.
    I came across their BBB profile because I'm making another order for my niece and saw the bad reviews here. Not warranted at all. Give kittysensations a chance. They'll make your day when your jewelry arrives.

    Placed an order end of November, said delivery in 14 days. Never received purchase, no response to emails or chats on their website. Website also displays Better Business Bureau emblem however they are not members or approved by the BBB.Thinking they are a true scam with fabricated good reviews on their website. My advice is to save your money and stay away from them. I gave them 1 star because i could not leave my review with no stars which is what they deserve.

    This company did not ship any product to anyone for over a year and a half. The entire time they continued to take payments. It looks like they are now attempting to revive it. BEWARE.

    I think this is a scam. I received a confirmation email for what I ordered and was charged, but I never received the product and their order tracker shows it never even shipped. They have not responded to emails, social media messages, or their own website's contact form.

    I was told by that same representative that I should expect the order at my door within 14 days. That was on October 11, and it's now November 7 (27 days later). After almost double the time I was told, I haven't received the package, and order tracking indicates it hasn't even shipped yet. I'll gladly correct my review should my order arrive, but for now I stand by that this is a scam that consumers should avoid and that the government should investigate.
