    We paid and filed taxes through Reg and he never actually sent them to *** - for 3 years. I met with him with person and he was very disheveled and said he had had a stroke - he tried pulling up our taxes and couldnt and then said hed get back to us and never did after multiple emails and phone calls. Now his number is out of service. I feel he had a lot of health issues and may have passed away and or in hospital. We need to know how to get our taxes filed and our money back

    We are writing to formally express our dissatisfaction with the tax preparation services received by Reg ******. We engaged his services to complete ourbusiness and personal taxes for year2023, but unfortunately, the work has not been finished as agreed ******* of today, our tax returns remain incomplete, despite multiple requests for updates and assurance that it would be completed in a timely manner. This delay has caused a significant inconvenience and we are now concerned about the potential impact on our tax filing late fees and interest.
