SCAM. Altos Travel (aka FlightOm Travel and others) is a fake travel agency. We used them to book a flight for our minor child and after the trip was cancelled they are holding out and will not refund our payment to them. I have gotten nowhere with their CS and will be reporting them to the North Carolina and New Jersey DOJ. They seen to be an outfit based in India but use a number of US-based websites/addresses to fool in customers. Buyer beware!!

Beware, Scammers. I inquired about 2 first class tickets to ******* on *****. They sent me over a quote via email, I was happy about the prices. So I agreed, They then sent me a second quote and asked me to reply that I agree. I agreed and gave them my credit card info. After a few minutes of thinking about it I became suspicious and looked back to compare the first and second email and realized they changed my seats to economy seats. I messaged them right away and asked them why they did that and they said because you cant get first class seats for that price. I told them not to charge my card and I didnt want to do business with them. Today 2 weeks later there were charges on my card from ***************** for three tickets totaling $1600. I contacted Frontier they told me the tickets were purchased for ***** *******, ***** ******* and Juanfang ******* I know it was Altos Travel because I never used that Credit Card. No one else would have access to the number. Beware, they are very sneaky.... Still have not received my money back.

I searched for a flight through "****************". You can compare 4 company's prices at a time, Altos Travel came up with the cheapest flight. I moved forward with Altos Travel and booked the flights - entering my debit card info and personal information. The confirmation email came and it showed that my flights were not confirmed but "pending", of course I called into Altos Travel to inquire why it was "pending". My call was immediately answered no prompts no waiting. The operator knew who I was before I gave any information. ***** ***** was the customer care/support desk staff member working with me. She said the flights I booked were no longer available and she will find a comparable flight and call me back. She called back with a more expensive flight and then said she had to split the payment into 2 separate payments. I needed to respond to the quote she sent with an email saying only "I agree". the email showed payment to Altos of 900 and flights for 1200. I emailed her back as she asked and following the email the ****** was drafted. After this i was sick to m y stomach and absolutely did not trust what was happening. i called an asked to cancel Daizy was extremely aggressive and yelled at me as to why I was doing this and she said- there is no reason to cancel, She eventually hung up on me. She called me 7 times this first day.I was very scared at this point and called my bank to stop the transaction and cancel my debit card (which I have had for 20 years). I received 15 calls the next day back to back. i blocked the numbers but they will find others to call from. Please ****** company's before using them and read these reviews to [protect yourself, your family and what you work hard for. If I had ******* this company before moving forward with a booking i would have seen the many many horrible and sad reviews of what they have done to consumers. its so sad that they are still actively out there scamming families.
