      This company Sports connect after 4 years is demanding money. I never owed them money. They are targeting me. I request to know why. This is in violation of statute of limitations on NYS. They are being vindictive. I request the name of who reported this false bill.

      We have been customers of ******************************************* for years and have been very happy there. Until recently, when it was bought out by Sports Connection and turned into a complete disaster. My oldest son is in the **************** and does clinics there, you have to buy a package or pay $20 more a clinic. So, we usually boy a package of 10 for $600. You are also made to pay an initiation fee per child when you join, that fee is $200 per year per child. Packages were always active for 12 months until recently without notice, they changed that date to 3 months. No emails and no advance notice. They also turned all of the inside tennis courts to pickleball courts, again no notice. When we signed my oldest back up and paid the $200, no one told us the courts had changed to pickleball. This means when it rains, clinics are cancelled. This summer, it rained a lot and a ton of clinics were cancelled last minute. They also changed the app to where you can not schedule clinics out, you have to wait until a few days prior. Again, just another tactic to take people's money as they can't do things in advance. My youngest also takes lessons here for 30 minutes and has been happy until recent changes and the fact that we can harly schdule lessons due to rain and cancellations. My son has tried to use all of his clinics that we were told to buy for the summer because "he would have time to use them before summer was over". Our instructor knew that he would be gone for over a month during the summer. Then when we returned, they kept cancelling clinics due to rain. We asked for the package to be extended and they declined. When I ask to speak to a manger, they called me on speaker and acted like they were doing me a favor by listening to me, They also informed me that now packages would expire in 2 months and cost more money. I asked them how all of these things were communicated the past year and they said email. The app has no communications on it since Feb of this year.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      The one thing that is consistent in all of these emails is that your company keeps changing the rules for customers that have been there for years. Customers that have been there for years shouldnt have to sit here and continuously have things changed at the drop of a hat. These packages in this past year were purchased after talking to our tennis coach. Those were decisions that we made together. Including the decision to pull my youngest son out of clinics. We lost that money as well as ***** said  he wasnt ready to go back to clinics. Our kids enjoyed their coaches, which is the only reason that we ever stayed there. But your consistent lack of customer service and trying to steal peoples money is the reason that we left. Which is also why other customers that you were lying to. Being bought out by sports connection was the worst possible outcome for CHARLOTTE INDOOR TENNIS. Oh wait theres nothing indoor anymore except for Pickleball. But I guess we got an email for that, right? We are requesting a refund for the remainder as you can see from emails that packages went from 12-6-3.oh wait and now they are 2 months. Customers should of been warned in advance of these changesway in advance. All of your coaches know our son plays soccer as he has the entire time. You cancelled tons of clinics this summer due to rain and should of extended packages!!  I have attached all the clinics and money that we have lost due to changes in your company. Also, attached is an email from **** saying the last package that you claim expired on 8/29.was supposed to be 9/3. Actually later than that as he rang it up without my permission after I emailed him for help. He said that he would extend it to 9/3 and further if needed as I didnt want it to start until later in June as we couldnt come until then. 
      Another example of poor customer service. You did in fact steal our money and lie about the end date of our package.
